Happy Valley Vacation Home

Vacationing in Happy Valley?
Our log home and surrounding property is our little oasis in the woods. It's just a short drive from all the things we love like downtown State College, Beaver Stadium and the Bryce Jordan Center, yet it's peaceful enough to feel like you're at a secluded mountain retreat as soon as you pull in the lane. We are within walking distance to Skytop Mountain golf club and a short drive to North Atherton Street with numerous restaurants and shopping centers. We are ten minutes from PSU campus and downtown State College which has several taxi and Uber services available. 

Lyndsey and Shaun Greenland grew up in the State College area and have been renting out the Delaney House since the summer of 2016. What initially drew them to this property was the abundance of wildlife in the area and the spectacular views from this mountainside setting. They love to share their vacation home with friends, family and anyone who truly enjoys kicking back and experiencing the great outdoors!
